Returns and Refunds Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! If you wish to return or exchange a product, the following conditions apply:
Return within the scope of the right of withdrawal:
You have the right to return the goods to us within 14 days of receiving your delivery. The following conditions apply for a return:
- Original packaging : The goods must be in the unopened original packaging.
- Integrity : The product packaging must be in an undamaged condition.
If the item was damaged during shipping or does not meet your expectations, please contact our customer service before returning the goods.
Important: Vouchers, discount codes and reduced goods are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

- Short description of your request
Sometimes we can solve your problem directly without the need for a return.
Return and packaging:
To ensure that your return reaches us safely, please note the following:
- Before shipping, take photos of the packaged item in the opened shipping package. We also document the condition of the goods after receipt.
- Please send the products only in original packaging back.
- Pack the goods well padded in a suitable shipping box. Our shipping box is reusable and we would be happy if you reuse it to make a contribution to sustainability and environmental friendliness.
Return costs:
Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Refund or exchange:
- Refund : Please send us your IBAN and BIC so that we can refund you the purchase amount.
- Exchange : The exchange item will be dispatched after receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
Processing time:
After receipt and inspection of your return, the exchange process may take up to 7 working days claim.
Important: Shipping costs already paid cannot be refunded retrospectively.
